He has written an Amazon best seller book that has clinched a top spot on the online marketplace for many consecutive weeks. He’s been interviewed by some of the most prestigious publications, such as Forbes magazine and also writes for Townhall Finance magazine about the economy of the real estate market in America. He was also offered an opportunity to host his own radio show on the Wall Street Business Network where he has the privilege of educating his listeners about investing strategies and tactics.
Andrew currently strives to give back by growing and expanding NAREI into a global organization that holds onto its local investor meetings to create an educational channel for networking and growing. All the while he still continues to flip, renovate, and rent completing over 145 deals in only an 18-month period.
Bonita has always been focused on helping out others by teaching them how to be successful. She has focused her whole life on being of service and helping to create legacies within families. While doing this, she has obtained many different awards and recognitions throughout her career. Bonita has won awards such as: Trainer of the year, Curriculum development, and Master trainer. Bonita then went on to write and launch the business development brand, “Launch Your Business” in 2013.
She is also focused on creating a successful family, along with a successful career. From Wichita, KS, Bonita has three sons, who she has trained all of them to be entrepreneurs and investors, and created a generational legacy of wealth within her family. Bonita has a passion for teaching, and feeds her passion through seeing others succeed.
Brock has over 25 years’ experience as a professional speaker. He has spoken in all 50 states, and also internationally. His success in speaking and teaching shows, as he has been presented with speaker of the year awards for every company that he has represented. After attending the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Brock went on to start investing in Real Estate, and has yet to stop investing. Brock was born in Utah but grew up in Grand Junction Colorado, where his love for hunting and fishing began.
When he isn’t in the outdoors, Brock loves to spend time with his six children and wife of 28 years, Cyndi. Brock agrees that his greatest accomplishment is his family, and loves to spend time with them when he isn’t speaking and helping others achieve their goals.
Bryan started his own consulting company in 1995 and has traveled the world consulting thousands of people along the way. He has traveled to all 50 states and 12 different countries consulting people on different business topics, stock trading, and real estate. He has earned many awards from different companies that have used his company and skills. Bryan started investing in real estate in 1994, after graduating from the University of Utah with a Business Management Degree. He has invested in lots of different types of real estate from single family homes, multi-unit property, commercial buildings, land development, note purchases etc.
He has been involved in real estate projects in multiple different states. He currently educates students around the world on beginning to advanced real estate strategies. Bryan was born in Los Angeles, California and currently resides in Orem, Utah. He has two teenage children, one boy and a girl. They are the reason that he continues to invest and teach, because time is freedom. His family loves to play golf together and enjoys traveling together. Both children are extremely involved in athletics and he has enjoyed watching and coaching both of them.
He loves to give back to the community and is currently an assistant coach with the varsity basketball team at a local high school.

Before starting in real estate 15 years ago, Deno began his career selling hospital equipment and medical supplies. As a born educator, he began teaching and instructing others and has made it apart of his profession for the past 12 years. Deno loves to golf, reminisce about his youth as a bull rider, and be with his family in the great outdoors. He currently resides in Utah with his wife and 4 kids.
Born and raised in Utah, Doug Clark graduated in 1997 from the University of Utah Magna Cum Laude on a full ride academic scholarship with a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Science. He worked for US Airways Express as a First Officer and a Captain until 2004 when he was hired by Sky West Airlines. Clark continued to work as a pilot part-time and weekends, while he started Equity Capital Group and Clark Venture Capital in early 2005. Since 2005, his companies have completed over 500 documents flips.
In 2011, Clark left Sky West to focus his interests solely in the real estate market. Determined to help more people change their lives through real estate, Doug took his ideas to Hollywood and got signed by Spike TV to create Flip Men. The success of the show caught the attention of former Co-Chairman of NBC Entertainment, Ben Silverman. Silverman has launched Flip Men in counties all over the globe, which include, Canada, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Columbia, Argentina, Peru, Australia, etc.

Doug’s greatest fulfillment in life is raising his two amazing young children and teaching people how to become financially free in real estate.
Doug has a very diverse background. In addition to his success in real estate and his love of training students all over the world, Doug developed insurance programs for the National Football League (NFL) and Super Bowl, National Basketball Association (NBA), The National Hockey League (NHL), Major League Baseball Teams. This experience has proven invaluable and he knows what it takes to enjoy success in real estate and build a solid powerteam.
A native of Northern California, Doug attended Brigham Young University. In additional to pursuing a Business Major, Mr. Williams enjoyed a successful career as a scholarship football player at BYU participating in 3 post season bowl games. He enjoys skiing, biking and spending time with his wife Rhonda and their 4 children.
An executive with over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, Gregory has held a number of senior management roles in marketing, operations, customer service and technology. He currently serves as VP Education for Investview, Inc., where he is responsible for all of the firm’s products, partnerships and strategic project management initiatives.
Gregory was in the mutual fund industry for over eight years. He was in charge of the development of E-Commerce divisions, the Director of a very successful retail marketing division, and project creator/manager for a complex high net worth portfolio management program. He also led a team of 100+ customer sales & service members who helped grow a mutual fund family from $400 million under management to over $10 billion in just four years.
Gregory holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley. Outside of the office, he is an avid photographer and donates his skills as the Marketing Director for the Salt Lake City Photo Collective, a 3,500 sq. ft. photo studio that is directly responsible for hosting several charity events yearly.
After leaving college, Jim began investing in Real Estate. He has owned many rental properties in multiple states, invested in many different land developments, and has even acted as a general contractor on multiple projects. He is a very dedicated teacher and passionate about helping others obtain the same knowledge that he has. He loves to see his students get the right start in their investment careers. His love for teaching has taken him into all 50 states and 7 countries. When he isn’t helping others achieve their dreams, Jim resides in Utah with his wife and 5 children.
He loves to attend his kid’s sporting events and dance activities. He loves to travel with his family, and participates in sports such as boating, surfing, and riding razors.
Kory has been managing and owning businesses ever since he graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a minor in communications. Shortly after graduating Kory became the manager over the training department for a $30 million per year company, training thousands of employees on different sales techniques. Upon departing, Kory then became the general manager in the sales department of a company, where he grew their sales from $50,000 a week, to over $500,000 a week.
Kory grew up in Rupert, Idaho, in a very small town where we worked as a farm boy, raising cattle and tending to the farm. He currently has 6 children, and has been married to his wife for the past 8 years. When he isn’t spending time on his houseboat in Lake Mead, Kory loves to participate in any sports with a board, whether that is wakeboarding, snowboarding, surfing, skating, or paddle boarding. Kory is currently in the process of starting a non-profit organization for Autistic children and their families, while still teaching others how to become successful in the business world.
Mark strongly believes that learning how to manage risk and how to use leverage provided by trading options and futures are key parts of an investors formula for success. Back In 2000, Mark was a full-time police officer who wanted more for his family’s financial future. He took immediate action and attended stock and option classes where he fell in love with option trading. Because of his trading success, he was able to transition out of law enforcement and spend more quality time with his family (a wonderful wife of 20 years and 4 children).
The most rewarding aspect of his investing and trading is that he has been able to help many others achieve their financial goals. To date, Mark has taught stock, option and futures strategies to over 60,000 people.
Ryan was first introduced to options trading at the age of 19 while still attending the Culinary Institute of America in New York City. Ryan didn’t want to make the same mistakes as most first time traders, ie: learning the hard way and losing money. In the very beginning he attended as many educational workshops as he could by the top firms of the day. In addition, he sought out and was mentored by several ex-market makers learning how to trade as a professional, with a focus on implied volatility and risk management. During this time, he also mentored under one of the top technical analysts, mastering chart reading with inter-market relationships and with whom he eventually became trading partners.
At the age of 22 he was invited by a large firm to share his methods of trading around the US and abroad in 8 other countries, which allowed him to discover a passion for educating others in his unique approach and methodology for trading options.
It was that unique approach that interested several Hedge Fund and RIA’s to seek him out as a consultant to learn his methods for analyzing and structuring option positions to reduce risk and increase profit potential.
In 2012, he and his trading partner were approached to design and construct a trading desk and risk management division for private bank eventually taking him to warm and sunny Florida where he currently resides.
Shaun began his investing career at an early age. By his mid-twenties, Shaun had already implemented technology solutions to some of the largest financial institutions in the world, including Sanwa, SunTrust, LBB, Royal Bank of Scotland, Royal Bank of Canada, Crestar, Southbank, Wells Fargo and others. This gave Shaun insight into how the global financial markets work. Originally from the UK, Stephen Edwards first came to America in 1981 while on vacation. Seven years later Stephen decided that he would make the United States his home. He sold all his belongings, bought a new business in Tampa, Florida and moved to the United States. In 1994, he started to work on himself and study personal development. Stephen sought out the best teachers and mentors and eventually wound up working for the master of them all, Anthony Robbins. It wasn’t until 2003, when Stephen was introduced to the world of Real Estate investing and the principles of wealth that his financial life really created momentum. In just two short years Stephen was controlling millions of dollars of real estate and living in a multi-million dollar home.

Steven has been a president of two different financial planning organizations. Since that time, he has earned many licenses and certifications, including graduating and becoming a financial planner. Steven grew up in Orange County California, but now resides in Atlanta where he is married and has two sons. When he is not spending his spare time fly fishing, he has a passion for writing.
